Contacting you
Contact will be made by telephone or through appropriate video calling platforms. Face to face visits will only be made during exceptional circumstances to ensure that we follow the guidelines which are in place during this period.
Needs assessments
If we carry out an assessment by telephone or video link, please be aware that we may need to review decisions made as part of this assessment when a face to face visit can be made. This could include decisions around your eligible needs and care and support services provided to you. We will discuss this fully with you.
Safeguarding
During the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, safeguarding services remain available.
If you have concerns relating to the safety or welfare of an individual, please contact us on 03000 267979.
