Family centres and One Point hubs

Our One Point family centres and hubs will currently only be able to offer advice, guidance and signposting over the phone on 03000 261 111.

If you have concerns about the safety of a child or young person please phone 03000 267 979.

If you are worried about your child's health please contact your GP or 111.

We are aware that some parents are struggling to buy formula milk due to panic buying in supermarkets. We have confirmed with all major companies that there is no issue with milk production. You can order formula from your local pharmacy and, if the local pharmacy wholesaler has it in stock, it usually arrives within two days. Contact your local pharmacy in the first instance. If you are unable to get your preferred brand of milk the advice is that any other first stage milk can be used.

For any further advice or support do not hesitate to contact your health visiting team on 03000 263 538.

    Park House

Park House, our short break centre for young disabled people, will temporarily close until further notice from Thursday 26 March.
