Sarah will be playing Miranda the Mirror

This time it's family favourite Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and evil has come to Fairyhill. Rupert Von Rottenchops (Neil Armstrong) rules the land and with the help of henchman Corporal Crosby (Pip Chamberlin), he's about to blow the town to smithereens and take off with all the money.

But Snow White (Lauren Waine), Chester the Jester (Paul Hartley) and their mam Dame Dolly Doodle (Paul Dunn) have a plan to stop him.

The performances start on Thursday 22 November and will run up to Saturday 5 January.

Sarah Boulter, who plays Miranda the Mirror, said: "I had such an amazing time performing in Jack and the Beanstalk back in 2016. The staff at the Gala are so lovely and there's no better way to spend the festive period, than doing what you love, surrounded by a great team. It's so wonderful to see the joy on the faces of children and grown-ups alike in the audience.

Stars of the show Neil Armstrong and Paul Hartley have also written and directed the pantomime for the fourth year running.

Sarah added: "I love working with Neil and Paul, it's so much fun and a real pleasure to be sharing a stage with them again. I'm thrilled to be part of such a fantastic cast and I really can't wait to get into rehearsals.

"I'm so excited to play Miranda the Mirror as she's quite different to characters I've played before, but I think she's going to be a lot of fun. I imagine there will be a lot of glitter involved."

Robin Byers, service manager at the Gala Theatre: "We're really looking forward to this year's Gala Theatre pantomime. Once again we have an absolutely fantastic cast that audiences know and love.

"Tickets are selling really well so if you want to be sure to get the seats you want, you need to get booking now."

Tickets cost between £6 and £17 with family tickets also available. Book now on the Gala Theatre and Cinema website or call the box office on 03000 266 600.
