Donna and Sophie were both struggling with their mental health and didn't have a lot of time to themselves due to work and family commitments.
Both, Donna and Sophie signed up to Move and decided to try a range of activities from visiting the gym, exercise classes and swimming. They were both pleasantly surprised by what they found, watch their video to hear what they had to say.
