Our competitive salaries

Newly qualified social worker
  • You would join us at pre-progression social worker grade 9 (currently ranging from £26,293 - £29,558).
  • You would become eligible for progression after 18 months in practice.
  • The post progression social worker grade 11 currently ranges from £30,978 - £34,746.
Social worker (less than 2 years experience)
  • You would join us at pre-progression social worker grade 9 (currently ranging from £26,293 - £29,558).
  • You would become eligible for progression after 18 months in practice (including your social work practice elsewhere).
  • The post progression social worker grade 11 currently ranges from £30,978 - £34,746.
Experienced social worker (more than 2 years experience, including work at a post progression level)
  • You would join us at post progression social worker grade 11 which currently ranges from £30,978 - £34,746.
Team manager
  • You would join us at grade 14 which currently ranges from £39,267 - £42,957.
