Durham Clayport Library

Durham Clayport Library is situated in Millennium Place, just off Claypath and opposite the Gala Theatre in Durham City. It offers a wide range of services and facilities for you and your family to enjoy. The building is accessible for disabled visitors with public lifts, toilets and has a loop system installed.

Temporary relocation

Durham Clayport Library will be operating from temporary premises at 3 Millennium Place (just across the square) from 9.30am on Monday 30 April, while essential building work is carried out.

We will maintain the usual opening hours in our temporary accommodation and will have the same telephone number and email address.

We will re-open in our usual premises at 9.30am on Wednesday 6 June.

Please contact us if you have any queries.
