Location and Access

Annfield Plain Library is situated next to next to Catchgate Methodist Church on main road through Annfield Plain and Catchgate. It is Durham's only Carnegie Library. and offers a wide variety of services, events and facilities for you and your family to enjoy.

The library is suitable for wheelchair users with a ramp at the front of the building and disabled toilet, Supernova screen reading software and a large keyboard are available.

Transport and Travel

The nearest bus stop is directly outside the library and buses 8,8A,44,807,X30,X31 and MC1 use this stop. Parking is available at the side of the building.
